I am quite happy that yesterday around 11am I returned both comcast DVR’s.  I will no longer have shows half recordered because they would reboot in the middle.  I am now tivo happy.  Tivo finally fixed my account and so basically, I am a happy camper.

I called back today because my information was still not updated.  They again wanted to send it to the investgations unit which turned out to be a supervisor.  I was on hold for 35 minutes until they answered.  It still is not fixed by they said 3-5 business days this time.

I called Tivo today because I wanted to update my contact info.  Everytime I tried to do it on the website it errored out.  Well, it errors for the customer service people also.  They said that my zip code of 98107 isn’t in Seattle.  They actually asked me to look at a piece of mail [...]

I had a 10:30AM flight from SEA to OGG.  The flight was the worst of my life.  There were babies all over the flight.  One pulled my pony tail.  Another groped my laptop, my shirt and then puked in the seat in front of me.  I watched a couple movies, napped and just tried to [...]
