Nina's Exhilarating Life

Today was a good doctors appointment.  I lost 5.5 pounds in the last three weeks for a total of 64 pounds!!!!  Yay!

All our equipment at work was in another building so we spent 4 days last week moving it to the new lab. It was a long painful (screw driver fell on my hand) process but it’s done! Since we worked on Sunday, our boss was kind enough to give us Friday off. [...]

I am at a total of 58.5 pounds lost.  So close to 60… anyway.  Another 2 pounds down…  I have an appointment on Tuesday with an exercise professional type.  That should be fun.

I actually got a free airline ticket to Europe in Peak Season! I am out 65,000 miles but saved 1100. I fly direct from Seattle (SEA) to London Heathrow (LHR). I had to book it 11 months in advance. They had NOTHING for June or July 2008. I leave August [...]
