I hit 70 pounds total lost on Friday. I don’t have to round anymore. The foot has not helped the weight loss but it is still going. I have lost 7.5 pounds in 12 weeks. Anyway, 70 pounds is a lot. Nuts. Since it’s that time of the year…. I decided to do my part since I suck most of the time. I purchased green power with Seattle City Light for 12 dollars a month. Basically, the average energy for a person will now be purchased green! For those of you that missed Chris Rock this first time, he’s back in August! I have tickets for August 28th, the day after I get back from Europe. Speaking of Europe, where should I go besides London? Thunder, lightning, and snow. That just about sums it up. This week AND month is never ending. In the last 30 days I have had: I had tried to get tickets to Chris Rock months ago but they were sold out in Seattle, Portland and Vancouver. Yesterday, someone sent out email at work with two tickets for sale. I was so excited! I like comedy but I would say Chris Rock is my favorite. Anyway, Tom [...] I think kitty is finally feeling better. It is possible she missed Tom while he was away (but highly unlikely.. ). She has been a cheerful, happy cat with the runs. She is currently running around with a Cat Dancer hanging out of her month which is impressive considering it’s [...] I had an appointment at Swedish Medical Weight Management today. I have lost a total of 70 pounds in 1 yr 33 wks (ok really 69.5 but everyone says I can round up…)! I had another thyroid test and my TSH was down to 2.0. This was very validating. I feel [...] Nothing like waking up to a cat head butting your nose at 630am… while purring of course. |
